I consider myself an organised and motivated person, capable of pursuing long-term goals, while always looking for the most effective and quickest solution to a problem. Even in more informal settings (e.g. friends and family), people tend to rely on me for conflict resolution or personal problems, or for the organisation of an activity.
My current search for a different job reflects my desire for a personal growth: thanks to my open-ended contract I was able to build my own economical and individual independence, buying a house on my own 2 years ago and fulfilling the first of a long series of personal life goals. After more than 3 years in a 3days/week job, I am now aiming for a full-time job.
