Marco Valentini

I lived in Siena (Italy), Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw. I worked in various environments and met people of extremely different backgrounds, learning a lot personally and professionally.

This activated the ability to quickly navigate even super-specific topics, never heard of before. At the same time, this made me dislike specific activities (i.e programming), and direct my attention toward whole projects (i.e project management).

I believe people give their best when they are free to make their own choices, and I love empowering them to do so. After years of trials, I found my dimension to be that of the Scrum Master: a coach, a motivator and the guy who has to take care of his team and stimulate a pleasant environment to work in.

Below I report the experiences that I think are more relevant to show what my skills are. Feel free to contact me if you are curious about something and want to share thoughts about some topic, I'm always happy to share ideas.

I'm also available for professional opportunities, both for companies and as a freelance. I just kindly ask recruiters not to contact me if the requirement for the job is to be 'stress resistant': I would like the activity to be enjoyable, to love it and the colleagues I have to work with.
