In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work in the financial departments of holding and operating companies involved in various businesses and have had the chance to see the accounting, financial and tax issues of companies with subsidiaries in Italy and abroad from different perspectives.
I am used to working in challenging environments and meeting tight deadlines.
I have developed strong communication, leadership and organisational skills; highly motivated and able to give timely and accurate guidance, support and training to other team members, having the ability to work with the right level of supervision.
I possess developed experience in successfully coordinating various activities and with proven people management skills, with the ability tomanage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.
Currently, in the company that is part of an international network with which I collaborate, UHY Audinet S.r.l., I deal with managing due diligence activities for developing companies; managing M&A, structured finance and transaction tenders; preparing and analysing financial and business plans; legal auditing activities for companies in Italy and abroad; technical consultancy and specialist support in management of legal proceedings.
