Buenos Aires, Argentina In my role as PMO Manager, I was responsible for developing and implementing the Project Management System. This included the enhancement of processes, definition of KPIs, development of procedures, execution of internal audits, creation of training programs, and providing ongoing support to project teams. We also defined standards and provided support to Project Controls teams across business units.
Other key contributions was designing and maintaining status and progress control boards for the project portfolio. This helped to ensure effective monitoring and management of projects, as well as facilitating informed decision-making. Under my leadership, I fostered a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration that allowed the Project Management System to thrive as a trusted methodology that delivered reliable and consistent results.

As the Company Representative for surface facilities, I served as a liaison between the Operator and its partners at the Technical Committees. My responsibilities included early involvement in projects, evaluation of conceptual studies, and monitoring of projects from inception through start-up. I was also responsible for evaluating technical problems and issuing recommendations for Final Investment Decisions.
Throughout my experience overseeing diverse projects, including onshore and offshore facilities for conventional and unconventional developments, I had the privilege of not only looking after the interests of the Company but also learning from world-class operators. This experience has provided me with a unique perspective and valuable insights into successful project management practices.
General Coordinator | Hokchi Offshore Project

Houston, Texas, USA The project's general coordination was carried out from the offices of the contractor in charge of early basic engineering (Genesis-Technip). This included preparing the bidding package and managing the entire bidding process. The project involved the construction of two new offshore platforms that were connected to a new onshore processing plant.

It also included the Project Engineers assigned to the various Project Teams.
