Martina Russotto

With a background in economics focused on innovation and startups, I have extensive corporate experience in strategic roles. Currently, I lead several projects in different fields.

Structuring and managing all the project phases (initiate, plan, test, execute and roll out, close and monitor); defining and driving projects focused on new or improving processes both for local and global solutions, working cross functionally across different business roles to guarantee the right implementation according to the guidelines. Responsible for mailing and enforcing deadlines and budgets, monoring the impact on the business.

My university experience in Bolzano was very formative. I studied Innovation and had the opportunity to spend a period in America to further explore innovation topics in the innovation hubs, corporates and VCs of New York.
