-managed staff by providing work plan and making them understand their roles and doing also effective day by day follow-up;

-had a regular field visit on staff responsibilities, selection of perfect beneficiaries for hardware support like tube well, sanitary latrine, and visited meeting and session with community done by staff;

• supervised the field support staffs, conducted staff monthly and quarterly meeting to see the progress, gaps of targets, their weakness, field challenges, and suggested them for potential upcoming work plan to reach the program goal smoothly;
• conducted orientation and training for local leaders;
• wrote monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the progress of the project implementation;
• monitored community mobilization and awareness campaign results by applying suitable tools;
• supported logistics plan in favor of project implementation,
