Building off my first experience in research in international development, I began my career promoting Women Empowerment and Early Childhood Development in innovative projects in Bangladesh, where I acquired significant hands-on experience and content-level expertise. I am well acquainted to the waits of working of major INGOs, United Nations and governmental agencies, and I operate well in coalitions of various actors to achieve a common goal.
My expertise is focused on Women Empowerment and ECCD by CARE Bangladesh, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) by UNICEF, and Research by INGOs.
