My name is Michael El Khouri and I aI would like to continue my path of growth within the music industry as I see many possibilities of development.

Some hints of my experiences so far:

• Currently Team Manager at Majorel Italy Srl (Booking.com) after a 10 months experience in the same role for Zalando.it
• Label & Publishing Manager at BAM International sàrl, record company, web-radio and publishing house based in Genève (Switzerland).
• Artistic Director and Label Manager of M.A.P. Editions, publishing house and record company based in Milano, and its label M.A.P. Classics devoted to CD and online albums production. Responsible for the international and digital distribution of the releases.

All the above helped a positive attitude towards persons and collaborators; I am also used to deal with persons and managers from all over the world and all these experiences improved my capability to lead a team and at the same time to be a real team player and to cooperate.
