I have over a year of professional experience in IT and finance, with a primary focus on technical support roles. At Masarat for IT and Financial Services, I was in charge of troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting SQL databases, and collaborating closely with the deployment team to test and deliver applications. My responsibilities included significant issue solving and good contact with the Development Department in order to improve service quality.
My most relevant training is my ongoing Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of L’Aquila, where I am focusing on advanced technologies and services. This program provided me with in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge telecommunication solutions, allowing me to improve my technical and analytical skills. The coursework and projects completed through this program are directly applicable to the changing demands of the IT and telecoms sectors, preparing me to effectively address difficult challenges.
