Senior producer for fashion campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, digital content
Although many may perceive the role of a producer as primarily practical, I believe that an innovative and productive mindset is essential. Without production, ideas would remain just that: ideas. It is necessary to have a creative mind to discover efficient solutions and bring an idea to its fullest potential.

Responsible for the organization and realization of advertising/fashion campaigns from pre-production to post-production.
Organization and management of photographic and video productions: social content, editorials, ADV campaigns and lookbooks.
Pre-production: budget and timeline drafting, definition of the directorial/photographic department (PDO, director, photographer, assistant director), definition of the scenography and costumes department, definition of the workers (electricians, operators, stagehands, etc.), identification of suppliers and coordination of them (rental, location, catering, etc.), general logistics of production (supplier logistics, crew, cast), definition of the cast (casting of actors, models, extras, etc.), contract and insurance management, booklet drafting and ppm presentation, plan drafting of production and odg together with the assistant director.
Production: coordination of set and workers, coordination of departments, management of casting/agents, management of communication between agency/client and directing department.
Post production: communication flow management between agency and client, graphics (vfx) and rework timing management, color management, voice over and soundtracks management, delivery management with respect to the established timeline.
