Reporting into Sales Managers and Global Director of Brums Milano, supervising 2 whls agencies, managed and coordinated Poland, Greece, Portugal and Russian distribution network, franchisee and all the key accounts in the Middle East, Russian, CIS and Eastern Europe territories. Managed €9M in sales.
- Budgeting, forecasting numbers and figures: preparation and presentation of seasonal budget to the Top management in order to achieve the sales campaign forecast.
- New business model: introducing the new business model, omnichannel to consolidate the existing business on the market. Approaching a new time to market with development of the two exits of the collection per season into Pre and Main, which are crucial for some markets.
- Management and Development of the new business strategies: handling a wide customers portfolio of about 100 clients, managing directly the wholesale and retail business with the KEY Accounts, introducing the Retail approach into the brand Mek.
- Visiting territories: visiting the Key accounts to consolidate the existing business, scouting new opportunities on the free markets.
- Lead the sales campaigns in Carnago (Varese) and trough the agencies showrooms in Moscow, Greece and Poland: scheduling the meetings with key customers and deals negotiations.
- Sales performances monitoring: overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, periodical report per territories to monitor the seasonal trend.
- Product consultancy: in collaboration with merchandising team creation of special capsules for key accounts to increase the sell-through performances in season, dedicated to special events.
- Operation activities: overseeing the operation activities of customer service and credit department, periodical reports of the sales performances of each brand, checking the seasonal deliveries and management of the stock replenishment.
- Collaboration with IT team: interacted with IT team of the company to develop and implement a new digital program to operate the seasonal sales.
- Supporting the Area and Showroom Managers: coordinated with marketing, retail and merchandising team with all the necessary marketing and merchandising materials to support distributors and key partners to achieve the best performances.
