As a risk manager, my role involves meticulously identifying and evaluating potential hazards that could jeopardize my organization's financial standing and overall operations. I rely on data analysis to craft effective strategies, implementing measures that effectively curb the impact of diverse risks. My efforts not only aid in making well-informed decisions but also play a pivotal role in sustaining a harmonious equilibrium between risk and reward for the company.
● Contributes to the definition of the dimensions of the Risk Appetite Framework;
● Develops risk assessment metrics in terms of probability and impact;
● Coordinates the risk assessment process by supporting the risk owners in defining the overall risk profile in relation to the corporate objectives and in identifying mitigation actions;
● Selects and assesses, in collaboration with the risk owners, the corporate "Relevant Risks" with the support of the competent second-level control functions within their sphere of competence, in particular with regards of outsourcing risk management and ICT processes;
● Manages the monitoring process on the implementation of mitigation actions;
● Carries out the reporting of the results of its activities by structuring ad hoc information flows, in terms of content, level of detail and timing;
● Supports the dissemination of the risk culture within the company;
● Defines and updates the so-called Risk Universe;
● Support the continuous development, improvement and maintenance of Business Impact
Assessment;
● Perform regular reviews and updates of policies, procedures and handbooks in line with regulation and industry best practices;
● Support the implementation of SREP requirements for CBL;
● Prepare conceptual and methodological improvements of the Long Form Report;
● Support the performance of risk reviews;
● Development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plan;
● Contribution to audits and annual reports;
● Provide timely analytical commentary and insights regarding the Risk Framework environment and esp. new regulations to applicable governance forums and senior management;
