Paula Cassar

I have been actively involved in the healthcare business for over 15 years, with my experience ranging from being a clinician and services children and families with therapeutic services. My career eventually trajected into becoming a founder and owner of a rehabilitation clinic for children with disability. This role saw me building the business from scratch and stretching its outreach to clients, with an exceptional growth in demand and service delivery.

Through my years of working within the healthcare and rehabilitation field, I've gained years of experience of soft skills, which are imperative within any agency. With experience ranging from healthcare provision, to provision of seminars, to business owner, I can add excellent communication and liaison abilities with a sound understanding of logic, organisation and structure to any agency. I have gained a keen eye for human relationships and interactions, coupled with an innate ability to obtain a good understanding of the individual's needs.

My main field of study is human health, care and atypical neural development.
