Prathiksha Reddy

I am a young architect, recently graduated. I believe that design can make a difference and enable innovative solutions that have a positive impact on our society and the world. Architecture, to me, is the art of creating a space where one can feel happy, content, and a desire to stay. I consider myself responsible, creative, and attentive to details. I can adapt myself to different tasks and work as a team or individually.

I've been fortunate enough to have professional experience interning at two firms. During my time interning, I learned invaluable skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and project management. Booth my jobs have provided me with crucial hands-on experiences that have enriched my skill set for future career opportunities!

During my internship at an architecture firm, I was able to gain extensive knowledge and skills in the field of architecture. My experience allowed me to work with a team of professionals who shared their expertise and provided guidance on every project. I learned how to analyze site measurements, develop drawings and plans using computer-aided design software, and present architectural proposals.

Additionally, I attended meetings with clients and contractors where my ideas were valued, contributing towards effective communication between all parties involved. This internship gave me valuable insight into the architecture industry while allowing me to apply the theory taught in college courses into practical work experience. It equipped me with important technical skills that will be beneficial in my future architectural endeavors, cementing my enthusiasm for this profession.
