• collection and definition of functional requirements (Customer side) and drafting of functional specifications and feasibility studies
• analysis of the ”AS-IS”, ”TO-BE” scenarios and the relative deviations
• presentation to the customer of new functional solutions aimed at improving or reengineering the business processes involved
• project and priority management (objectives, deadlines, resources, budgets) and coordination of customer relations, with the technical team and suppliers
