I'm used to working from Back
Office and Front Office tasks to dealing with customers who complain about critical issues.
This has helped me develop a great problem solving skill, not limiting myself to reporting the problem communicated by the customer to those of competence but trying to sort it out promptly together with the customer so as to preserve the image of the company for which I work.
The modus operandi that I have developed is the result of experience in tasks and close contact with different areas.
The responsibilities that have been gradually entrusted to me within the companies I've worked for have allowed me to create a weekly/monthly schedule, respect it and to communicate it to management according to deadlines and priorities.
I have learned to organize my time according to my needs and requirements of the company I work with.
