I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the electronic gaming section of the casino while adhering to Cyprus and UK gaming legislation and internal policies relating to anti-money laundering (AML), countering the financing of terrorism (CFT), and responsible gaming (RG). I worked directly with the board of directors to resolve any disputes that arose and to ensure that customer satisfaction remained high.
In addition, I co-managed a team of up to 100+ members, overseeing operations in up to 4 locations simultaneously during the shift. I also analyzed and reviewed electronic gaming operations to ensure maximum productivity and staff performance. I was also responsible for conducting CRM data analysis and preparing shift reports to keep the board informed of our progress.
