As Commercial IT Solutions Director, I oversee all aspects of technology systems, IT operations, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and information security. I have developed and shared project governance standards methodology, reorganized the project management structure, and integrated the portfolio management system with PWA. I have been responsible for managing the budget process for all production cost centers and collaborating with the COO and head of HR of the parent company to recruit project governance resources.

Unichips (San Carlo group): as Solution Architect and Senior business consultant I managed analysis of business processes and the design of the solution in T&L area with 200 warehouses. The project was focused on reengineering communication channels between ERP and legacy systems and was characterised by a deep development of the Advanced Warehouse Logistics (WHS) and transport cost calculation (TMS); these modules have been expanded and made available in the ERP with intercompany flows. I also conducted interface analysis and developed interfaces between Microsoft Dynamics ERP and other applications, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
I performed inventory layout analysis and sizing to optimize the use of available resources and minimize waste. I also developed software for the electricity market, using the Microsoft Access platform, to manage logistics flows, prepare billing data, and balance logistics flows.

I analysed production requirements and planned material supply for production sites including Plati Italia, Plati Hungary, Plati Poland, Plati China, Plati Ukraine, and Italian subcontractors. I managed Italian subcontractors and coordinated inbound and outbound logistic activities.
I also served as the Process Owner for the area of operations during the Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 ERP implementation project. Additionally, I was the head of implementation for the planning and scheduling software (Txtmake), which involved integrating the software with the ERP system. This solution was later worldwide adopted by the “Brembo” (disc brake) company.
Plati Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. China Aug/2006 – Feb/2007
I was responsible for developing and implementing a production cycle management application tailored to the specific needs of the Chinese plant. I optimized logistics flows between the Chinese plant and Italian headquarters, selected new Chinese strategic suppliers, and reorganized and optimized production lines to increase efficiency and reduce line setup times.
I oversaw quality control and provided support to the Italian headquarters for managing customer complaints.
