opened Mind Milano Navigli, Living Room & Drink, of which I am still manager and partner after 9 beautiful years of experiences in the Cocktail Bar and Restaurant Business. My operational role includes cash management and reservations, KPI, order control and DDT/invoices, social profiles, relationship with customers, collaborators and PR, Haccp supervision, estimates, catering and development of new projects.
I am very satisfied and despite this I am looking for new positive personal experiences, especially abroad.
