- Attends daily briefings with department heads to discuss manpower status, operational concerns, and HR-related updates
- Participates in shareholders' audits, providing HR-related records, reports, and compliance documentation as required
- Prepares HR reports, manpower status, attendance summaries, and compliance reports as required by management and government agencies
- Supports the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including leave and attendance policies
