Silvia Zanini

I am an architect with experience in real estate appraisals and acquisitions, management of technical-administrative permits, new store openings, construction site organization and planning (time, costs, choice of suppliers, supervision of workers, final inspection).

After graduating with a Master’s Degree in architecture, I began to develop my technical skills within an engineering company, where I was mainly involved in bidding, executive design, and technical drawing.

Subsequently, I dealed with appraisals, due diligence, and real estate purchases and sales for about three years, also employed by a public institution. Thanks to the synthesis of the skills I acquired, I continued my career path in the retail field as manager of technical-administrative permits and new store openings throughout the country and project manager in the Italy-northeast area.

My main strengths, beyond solid technical skills, are my determination to achieve goals and my strong organizational and time-management skills, combined with the extreme love for my work.
