Simone Janniello started working on 1998 and during his career, he had the chance to get in touch with heterogeneous technologies and different functional areas giving him the opportunity to extend his technical and business processes knowledges.
His expertise is mainly focused on Order To Cash (OTC) - SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Material Management), Apparel and Footwear (AFS), LE (Logistics Execution), Transportation, TM (Transportation Management) and IS-M/AM (Media/Advertising Management).
During several SAP projects, he has been directly involved with growing responsibilities for project management and team building, coordinating different skills and bringing to success challenging and complex projects.
He has also held as SAP teacher different courses covering logistic area and vertical solutions (AFS, IS-M), SAP Business All-In-One, SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Solution Manager.
He has improved his management skills coordinating the project team members to deliver projects of various sizes throughout the full project life cycle utilizing ASAP methodology and ensuring adherence to time, budget and key deliverables, or project milestones. He has also been involved in several international rollout projects for AFS solution (EMEA and South America).
In his latest experience as a program manager he is coordinating several fashion projects in SAP AFS solution and work in some S/4Hana new implementation.
