After getting my degree in International Relations with a specialization in Human
Rights, I had the opportunity to work on high-profile events at renowned hotels abroad and in Italy. Organizing events implies possessing skills such as appropriate time management, handling tasks under pressure, succeeding in establishing adequate communication between the departments, and the ability to properly prioritize tasks.
I gained experience particularly in event planning and coordination, in dealing with suppliers and international customers.
My strengths in this field were, above all, to build trustworthy relationship with clients and coworkers and dealing peacefully with last minute changes.
Over the years I have also refined skills that have already arose during my university years such as the capacity to summarize, to produce reports and to write effective and good quality writings.
The aforementioned skills also turned out to be very useful during my work experience at a regional agency where I have been trained to handle and draft
I consider myself a quite flexible and empathic person and as a worker I enjoy creating a peaceful and collaborative working environment, moreover I particularly appreciate working in a multicultural and multilingual context.
