Hi,

I am Yousuf Mahtab and lives in Milan, Italy. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's in “Management Engineering” at Politecnico Di Milano University.

I have 4+ years of diverse work experience in different fields from sales & support executive to planning manager. Additionally, I love to complete tasks and projects in a very diligent and detailed manner and always want to fulfill customer needs and requirements.

I love being challenged to do difficult tasks, work under pressure and competitive environment and believe in detailed and smart work and always go against the status quo.

I possess strong leadership and team management qualities and during my diverse work experience, I have an experience of managing a team of around 15 members under my direct reporting. I love to continuously grow myself and in parallel help others to grow and help them achieve their goals and targets.

In my leisure time, I used to surf the internet spcifically social media websites. Also, I listen songs and sing also. I believe in continuous learning and therefore, I put some time to learn trading, acquire new skills and help others in the best possible way. I used to watch movies and tv series and hangout with my friends and chilling out on weekends.

1. Assistant Manager - DISTRIBUTION (NEW CONNECTION PLANNING DEPT.)

   Duration: June 2019 to Oct 2022

   Responsibilities:

   • Responsible for Energy distribution planning of all NC & Load Extension projects including Industrial, Commercial, Agricultural, Residential, and Area Planning Schemes.
   • Efficient Planning and monitoring of different Project activities.
   • Responsible for performing site surveys, load assessment calculation, drawings preparation, Costing, Expediture reports etc.
   • Perform VD calculations, fault analysis, and load balancing calculations on CYME & ETAP.
   • Design HV & LV Overhead, Underground distribution engineering projects along with its complete HT/LT side distribution.
   • Review quality procedures, technical specifications & method statements in order to make it abreast with the management policies.

2. Power Systems Engineer

   Responsibilities:

   • Modeling of LV & MV electrical distribution facilities in ETAP & SKM simulation softwares.
   • Perform Power Systems Studies like Short circuit, Arc flash, Selective Coordination studies and equipment evaluation for industrial, commercial, & Power Utility Systems.
   • Perform Arc Flash Hazard analysis and provide complete recommendations as per International guidelines.
   • Develop electrical documentations, RFP & RFQ Proposals, study manuals, and reports as part of deliverables.
   • During my tenure, I successfully performed Power System Studies for various hospitals, heavy concrete facilities, power industries, commercial buildings, and industrial customers throughout the United States (USA).

3. Sales & Support Executive

   Responsibilities:

   • Worked closely with senior management to execute social media & search engine marketing plans. Also, implemented methods to enhance website organic search rankings that includes keyword research, websites analysis & SEO changes.
