I obtained the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Pakistan and researched on epidemiology and prevalence of peste des petitis ruminants in Pakistan.
Completed masters in microbiology, researched on “Beta-lactamase producing Escherichia coli (E.coli) isolates in local poultry meat of Faisalabad, Pakistan” with the purpose to detect the beta-lactamase enzymes in poultry meat which can be a potential source to be transferred to local gut microbiota of human being.
I attended a two-month Erasmus+ Traineeship at University of Zaragoza (Spain) with title: genetic analysis of antibiotic resistance of invasive streptococcus suis isolation. This traineeship focused on a variety of techniques of molecular microbe (PCR, sequencing, SDSPAGE), bacterial culture, manipulation of pathogens in security levels, determination of antibiotic resistance (MICs, MCB), biofilm formation.
This position fits exactly in my field of interest. I would like to work as a Food Quality and HACCP Coordinator because this post is closely related to my previous research experience and my qualifications. I have professional experience and publications related to the announced position i.e.; on the poultry meat and its quality for human consumption.
I have bachelor degree as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and master in Veterinary Medicine which is the perfect combination for the vacant position.
