Associate Software Developer

Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications integrated with SAP Business One. Working under the guidance of senior developers, you will write clean, reliable code, troubleshoot issues, and learn ERP integration concepts while contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications integrated with SAP Business One.

Work with senior developers to build and consume APIs, including SAP B1 Service Layer, DI API, or SDK.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards and best practices.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

Support troubleshooting and resolving integration issues related to SAP B1 data, workflows, and add-on functionality.

Collaborate with QA, functional consultants, and fellow developers to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Learn and apply ERP development practices, SAP B1 architecture, and data structures.

Assist in maintaining technical documentation and updating project artifacts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

0–3 years of experience in software development or related roles.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

Core programming knowledge in C# / .NET

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns

Basic debugging and unit testing skills

Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps)

Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum is a plus)

Knowledge of modern web development frameworks (Angular, React, ...)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication skills to work with functional consultants and end-users

Eagerness to learn SAP-specific technologies and business processes

Attention to detail and ability to follow coding standards

Team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow
