Job responsibilities
- Develop, maintain project plan, and project charter.
- Map the client process requirements to KayanHR functionality.
- Define process flows to a detailed level, document the detailed design via configuration documents and Business Process Procedures
- Work with all teams to provide solution integration.
- Responsible for the development of Core team training
- Participate in the development of End-user training.
- Identify and resolve issues that impact project implementation.
- Responsible to provide Knowledge transfer to super users to assure their success.
- Responsible for developing the deliverables mentioned in the "WBS and Key Deliverables”.
- Manage the project planning process, ensure cross-team alignment around project milestones.
- Provide overall day-to-day project management and guidance.
- Control project scope
- Manage project deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure timely issue resolution or appropriate escalation of issues and manage the Issue log.
- Report project status to the client Project Manager, and Steering Committee.
- Manage project operations and implementation according to the client implementation Methodology.
- Provide post-go-live configuration support.
