I'm Alaa Khadder, a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist with a passion for fostering growth and driving organizational success through strategic learning initiatives. With more than 11 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs, and 6 years experience in international organization as a Learning and development focal point, I am committed to optimizing employee performance and cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse teams, tailoring training solutions to meet specific learning needs. I thrive on leveraging innovative instructional design methods, and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
I have a Master Degree in Public health, Diploma in NGO management, TOT certificate, and currently i passed all requirement and practical exams for CLDP (Certified learning and development professional) from GSDC (Global Skill Development Council) and will gain the certificate soon.
