Coach new and existed team members on the operations process.
- Mentor the team members to reach objectives and goals.
- Coordinate and distribute daily tasks across the company to the team.
- Develop performance plans to reach objectives and goals.
- Identify and resolve operations misplaced data and tasks.
- Exporting and issuing shipping orders.
- Importing issuing shipping order.
- Tracking of shipments enrooted to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved to delays.
- Send inquiries to agents and shipping lines when received from the salesmen and report back with results.
- Maintain all the shipments data (Documentation).
- Maintain costing & generate invoices through the system.
- Liaise with accounting dep. to proceed with invoices payments for agent/Lines.
- Contact clients through proper channels to inform of shipments arrivals.
