I had a workshop to find a solution for food security in Jordan so i came up with the idea of using kefir milk and enrolling it in the food supply chain in jordan due to its benefits on each consumer segment of the society whether they are rich or poor , ill or healthy

Success feedbacks : one kidney patient got satisfactory results when he consumed my product regularly and others who drank my kefir felt comfortable in their intestines

I worked for unecif for couple months
