Dear Sir/Madam,

I have held several leadership positions from platoon commander to deputy battalion commander in border guards / Jordanian Armed Forces where my service was focused on the Syrian, Iraqi and Israeli borders , I have dealt with the Syrian refugee crisis while serving on the borders.

I worked as a security officer at Queen Alia international airport and as a sky marshal for Royal Jordanian Airlines for two years .

My experience: Based on my rich experience and skills, I was selected on a Temporary

Assignment as a chief of security in JORDANIAN embassy in WASHINGTON D.C / USA for six months .I was able to fully utilize my professional skills and to further improve it, including the skills to manage the Security procedures inside and outside the embassy .

My experience: My assignment with MINUSMA (MILOB) included highly challenging and demanding tasks. The major responsibilities included but not limited to:

Monitor, supervise, and verify the implementation of the Ceasefire Agreement, the Peace and Reconciliation Agreement and report on violations, Investigate allegations of aggression, ceasefire and/ or peace agreement violations, Maintain liaison with and between the Compliant Armed Groups (CAG), the Malian Defence and Security Forces (MDSF), international and local civilians including NGOs, Support the implementation of and follow up the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) process, Establish relationship networks within communities and help to resolve key issues.

I remain calm & steadfast under stressful & crises situations & environmental conditions. Have excellent interpersonal skills &

ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships in a multicultural & multiethnic environment with sensitivity & respect for gender & diversity. I strictly follow org rules, regulations & policies as well as instructions of my supervisor in my routine work. I am honest & amp; conduct me with dignity & integrity.

Possess excellent supervisory skills & am always supportive to my colleagues in order to motivate them, gain their confidence & support, provide guidance as required but delegates assignments & avoid unnecessary spoon feeding, so that the team members can work using their own skills, initiative & decision-making, but through monitoring ensure that the tasks are completed within the given deadlines & given resources. While delegating the assignments, I take & accept full responsibility for delegated tasks & make myself accountable for the failures. I strongly believe in teamwork, can oversee/ evaluate other’s performance.

I am tactful & courteous in my dealings & can work efficiently with full harmony with others in any org.
