• Conducting research via Internet, trade shows, and catalogs to identify potential new suppliers.
• Search and negotiate with suppliers for quality products at the lowest purchase cost. 
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. 
• Negotiate and obtain best procurement terms viz. Credit Facilities, Payment Terms, etc. with suppliers. 
• Check deliveries when they arrive to ensure that goods meet specifications as requested.
• Initiate action on Unacceptable Defective Materials delivered by the supplier and take corrective and preventing actions.
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
• Perform buying duties when necessary.
• Review purchase requisitions to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
• Preparing Purchase Order, send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
• Track the status of the requisitions and orders.
• Monitor, plan, follow up, and update workflows.
• Review and Verify Invoices against issued Purchase Orders and existing Vendor Agreement
• Archiving and documentation of all paperwork, approvals, communication, decisions… etc. 
• Approve bills for payment.
• Strong Relations and excellent personal relations with the relative Departments
• Responding to daily internal and external inquiries, process, and follow up till completion.
• Acts as a focal point for maintenance requests.
• Overseas building repairs and maintenance.
• Follows up on maintenance orders and ensures they are effectively handled in a timely manner.
• Communicates and coordinates frequently , accurately , and responsible with Office staff.
