- Priorities the assigned tasks through CRM in addition to update and record applicant contact information.

- Performing Quality Assurance checks to ensure that all cases processing is done in accordance with SOPs.
- Conducting room visits to gather data or to share case updates.
- Counseling applicants based on their case processing and USA Resettlement rules.
- Provide Training for new staff members.
- Assist in the efficient and effective management of applicant’s case files undertaking such duties as creating new case files, distributing case files, keeping accurate and comprehensive track of files.
