I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from university of Jordan , as well as a Master's degree in Administration of sport from university of Jordan , During my years of study, I gained a deep understanding of physical education theories, exercise science principles, and effective pedagogical strategies. My coursework included modules on curriculum development, sports psychology, anatomy, and physiology, all of which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach physical education effectively.

In addition to my educational qualifications, I have practical teaching experience in international schools. I have worked at Ministry of education , where I taught physical education to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. This experience provided me with a valuable perspective on tailoring my teaching methods to meet the needs and expectations of a multicultural student body.

I am adept at designing inclusive lesson plans, incorporating differentiation strategies to accommodate various skill levels and learning styles, and fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.

I am passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among young learners. I believe in the importance of instilling lifelong habits of physical fitness and wellness in students. My goal is to foster a love for physical activity, develop their motor skills, and provide opportunities for personal growth through sports and physical education.

• Create teams of women, which will present inspiring stories of women overcoming historical, cultural and social barriers.

through my volunteering experiences, I have gained invaluable insights into the challenges facing our communities and the power of collective action in creating positive change. Whether it was organizing sports events to promote physical activity and wellness or participating in community clean-up efforts to enhance the quality of our shared spaces, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of volunteering on individuals and communities alike.
