- Configure the different aspects on the Swivel server-side on the VM (Linux) and on the Web console
- Prepare the endpoints to be ready for the remote installation in different ways like GPO and other solutions like PDQ (software deployment and management).
- Make sure that the Swivel server can sync the computers and the users' menu to its database.
- Perform the implementation at the customer side and train them to deal with the solution.

- Monitoring and representing the company with the 3rd parties who are hired to apply the implementation in the remote sites and different countries.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
