1.“Swivel Secure” Two Factors (Biometric) Authentication system implementation (and presales)

Dealing with Windows server 2016 and 2019,, enabling the active directory and needed server and allowing communication between the different parties.
Configure the different aspects on the Swivel server-side on the VM (Linux) and on the Web console
Prepare the endpoints to be ready for the remote installation in different ways like GPO and other solutions like PDQ (software deployment and management).
Make sure that the Swivel server can sync the computers and the users' menu to its database.
Perform the implementation at the customer side and train them to deal with the solution.

2.Trend Micro, Interacting with different security systems, Deep security, Apex one, Worry-Free,

Cloud one.

Manage and deliver Fortinet Products Implementations, F.W policies, Static and Dynamic Routes,

etc> (between Fortinet and our end customers)

Familiar Platforms: FG-3000D, FG-1500D, FG-3200D, FAC-400E, FAZ3500F and FMG-400E

Monitoring and representing the company with the 3rd parties who are hired to apply the implementation in the remote sites and different countries.
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
