Ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's service and submitting reports to direct manager. * The ability to process tenders for goverment and private hospitals
1- My main responsibility is to supply all the medical equipment required by the hospitals in the region.
2- Contact Foreign supplier for quotations & follow up with them for order process until shipment arrive to the kingdoms (Liaising with overseas customers)
3- Processing customer orders.
4- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
