I am a recent graduate in Management Information Systems and I am pursuing a career in Business Intelligence Analysis. I am working on developing my skills in this field and have gained some experience in customer service during my time working in the food and beverage industry. I currently work as a receptionist.
I trained at Cairo Amman Bank, where I learned about banking and non-banking systems. I currently work as a receptionist, scheduling patient appointments, registering insurance, submitting reports, archiving, and entering patient files into the system.
