I worked before as a guest service agent at Opal hotel
Where I was responsible for a call centre, spa reception and collecting restaurant feedback
I also worked at Abdali mall as sales
And worked at the Hilton Amman hotel as spa reception where I was responsible for calls,reservations ,checking details, open the shift and closing it , make sure everything is perfect and represent the hotel with the best view and treatment .
My English is very good ,I’m a motivated person and I’m flexible with working hours l also learn very fast
