I am a computer science graduate from Al-Hussein Bin Talal University and I know manual testing and the front end. Worked in entering, collecting, and analyzing data in more than one place. This experience allowed me to gain practical experience and expand my skill set. The goal of my job is to have a role that enables me to increase my knowledge, take on increased responsibility, and add value to my workplace.

Developing the municipal development plan (Al-Mafraq / Rehab Bani Hassan / Manshiyet Bani Hassan / Al-Sarhan / Al-Basiliya / Hosha)
Step 1: Collect surveys from Jordanian citizens and Syrian refugees in KOBO Toolbox.
Step 2: Collect data from municipalities and relevant individuals in specific sectors (26 sectors such as roads, sidewalks, electricity, water, etc )
Step 3: Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) with members of the local community, the people with specific needs (PwSN), Syrian refugees, municipal employees, charitable and community-based organizations (CBO) members, and international non-governmental organization staff and members (INGO). Step 4: Key informant interviews (KIIs) in government departments, municipalities, and private companies. (facilitator/Note Taker/Transcriber)
Step 5: View the results of the integrated assessment of all municipalities.
Step 6: SWOT and PESTEL analysis workshop in all municipalities.
