Director of Sales

• Set up the sales team to full-fill the sales tasks and assignments
• Lead the sales team to achieve the committed revenue objectives/targets.
• Set the sales budget and enable with specific campaigns, pricing, packages to meet hotel revenue goal
• Set up yearly, monthly targets for the sales team and keep tracking of their daily activities.
• Ensure all strategies aims to full-fill a healthy business mix in the hotel. 
• Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels

• Lunch promotions for the travel agents ahead of the low season.
• Leading on property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives
• Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business or close on business.

Senior Sales Manager

• Responsible for local negotiated corporate accounts and travel agencies and maintain existing accounts and new accounts and follow up their production quarterly.
• -Develop new client leads to help boost hotel group sales numbers.
• Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads 
• develop sales call cycles to maintain client relationship.
• Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
