・受注後キックオフの打ち合わせ時におけるテクニカルサポートを担当

・インフラビジネス、データセンター等向けに製品ソリューションを提供

・仕様についてStake holderと調整、およびサプライヤー・施工側との仕様確認を実施

・仕様インテグレーションのリードを担当

・Stake holderはInternal / External双方あり

・プロジェクト構成

• 7〜8割：大型案件
• 2〜3割：小～中規模プロジェクト

・高専卒以上（工学系）

【言語】

・日本語：ネイティブレベル

・英語：読み書き可能レベル（TOEIC600点以上目安）

【経験】

同業種（受配電設備業界）で10年以上の経験

チームリーダーとしての経験

You will be mainly accountable for:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during post-order project kick-off meetings, ensuring smooth alignment between requirements and execution.

• Deliver technical solutions related to electrical and power distribution products for infrastructure projects, including data centers and other large-scale facilities.

• Lead specification integration by coordinating with various stakeholders, clarifying technical requirements, and ensuring alignment between internal teams, external suppliers, and on-site installation partners.

• Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include overseas manufacturing and engineering teams, while external stakeholders include construction-related partners and subcontractors involved in project execution.

• Work primarily on large-scale projects, which account for the majority of the portfolio, alongside involvement in renewable energy–related projects as part of a diversified project mix.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum of a technical college degree (engineering-related)

• Over 10 years of experience in the same industry (power distribution equipment industry)

• Experience as a team leader

• 【Japanese】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language

• 【English】 reading and writing level (TOEIC score 600 or higher).

• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
