The Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to help maintain the stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical enterprise applications.

You will work closely with business users, developers, and global technology teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolve production issues, and continuously improve platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and production support for critical business systems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service disruptions, and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent solutions.
• Monitor application health and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support knowledge transfer and operational ownership of applications.
• Contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience in Application Support, Production Support, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment is desirable.
