We are looking for a Application Support Engineer / SRE with strong Linux skills to join one of the largest international banks in Tokyo.

Responsibilities

• Support internal users and resolve application-related issues
• Perform application health checks and troubleshooting
• Investigate and escalate production issues when necessary
• Support data collection, transfer, storage, and parsing processes

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Application Support, Production Support, or SRE experience
• Strong hands-on Linux experience

Linux scripting knowledge

• Python, Shell, or Perl experience is highly preferred
