We are looking for a Bilingual Network Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with a strong Network Engineering background combined with Service Delivery and Operations Management experience.

Key Requirements

✅ Native/Fluent Japanese & Business Fluent English

✅ 5+ years in Managed Services, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Program Management

✅ Strong experience with Network Technologies including:

• Routing & Switching (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Extreme)
• Firewalls & Security (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet)
• Load Balancing (F5, NetScaler)
• Wireless Technologies
• Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass

Responsibilities

🔹 Serve as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and global support teams

🔹 Manage service delivery, operations, escalations, incidents, changes, and requests

🔹 Lead major incident management and continuous service improvement initiatives

🔹 Coordinate with global NOC and engineering teams for issue resolution

🔹 Drive network stability, availability, performance, and security

🔹 Provide technical leadership, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management

🔹 Deliver regular reporting, capacity planning, and network health reviews

Preferred Certifications

✔ PMP or Prince2

✔ ITIL Foundation (V3/V4)

✔ CCNA or equivalent Networking Certifications
