業務内容：

• 月次、四半期、および年次の連結決算業務
• 国内外グループ会社の財務数値取りまとめ
• 連結決算計数の作成
• 経営層向けレポーティング対応
• 会計監査人対応
• 開示資料作成およびディスクロージャー対応
• グループ財務会計制度の企画、改善、および維持
• グループ各社への会計指導およびサポート
• 専門性の高い会計処理への対応
• 業務プロセスおよび連結決算システムの改善・改革推進
• グループ会社に対するガバナンス強化、調整、および交渉
• チームメンバーのリードおよびプロジェクトマネジメント

Requirements 必須要件：

• 以下のうち3項目以上を満たす方

• 上場企業における連結決算業務の実務経験（3年以上）
• 会計基準変更対応または会計方針策定に携わった経験
• 海外子会社とのWeb会議や電話において、会計論点について主体的に議論・交渉できる英語力

TOEIC 750点以上

• 管理職として2～3名以上のチームマネジメント経験

歓迎要件：

• 財務会計ポリシーの企画・設計を主導した経験
• 会計システム導入または刷新プロジェクトへの参画経験
• 日商簿記1級
• 日商簿記2級
