Option #1: Senior Cloud Engineer

We're a fast-growing, AI-powered marketing SaaS company helping brands build lasting relationships with their customers. Our Cloud Engineering team powers the infrastructure behind a growing product portfolio, working across infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE without silos. In this role, you'll deepen your cloud expertise hands-on alongside senior engineers while owning day-to-day operations and improvements.

Environment & Tech Stack

• AWS-centered cloud infrastructure; IaC with Terraform and AWS CDK
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions; automation with Python and Bash
• Observability: New Relic, Sentry, CloudWatch
• Containers: Docker
• First-line incident response and postmortem contribution
• Async-first, documentation-driven team within a global engineering org

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years operating and maintaining cloud systems (AWS or similar)
• Linux fundamentals and basic networking knowledge
• Ability to read and modify existing IaC code (Terraform or similar)
• Business-level Japanese or higher (required)
• Plus: observability tooling, SLI/SLO familiarity, on-call experience, AWS certifications

Option #2: Lead Cloud Engineer

Set the technical direction for the same Cloud Engineering team. You'll shape growth strategy for the team or critical projects, lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes, and raise the bar for reliability and developer productivity across the entire product portfolio.

• AWS, Terraform, AWS CDK, Docker, New Relic, Sentry, CloudWatch
• SLI/SLO and error budget ownership; blameless postmortem culture
• Observability platform design (metrics, logs, traces)
• CI/CD and release management that accelerate product teams
• Cloud cost visibility and optimization; security compliance in partnership with the company security team

What We're Looking For

• Designing, building, and operating AWS systems with IaC (Terraform, CDK)
• CI/CD and DevOps pipeline design and operation
• Advanced debugging and strong systems architecture understanding
• Track record driving technical decisions and cross-team alignment
• Business-level Japanese and English (both required)
• Plus: SLO design, on-call program build-out, cost optimization wins, security design
