Data Analyst

Company Profile A multinational consumer goods company is looking for a Lead Data Analytics Specialist to support commercial decision-making through data and business insights.

The Role

Partner with commercial stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance. You will conduct commercial analyses, develop dashboards and forecasts, evaluate business experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Insights.
• Strong SQL and BI tool experience (Power BI preferred).
• Experience translating data into business recommendations.
• Experience with business experimentation or statistical analysis is an advantage.
• Business-level Japanese is required; English is a plus.
