• Data Engineerは、QVC Internationalをサポートし、Microsoft Azure上に構築されたデータレイク、データウェアハウス（DWH）、データマートなどのデータプラットフォームの設計・開発・運用を担う、データエンジニアリングに特化したポジションです。
• データ連携、ETL開発、BIプラットフォームのサポート、データガバナンスの推進など幅広い業務に携わりながら、ビジネス部門のステークホルダーと連携し、データドリブンな意思決定の実現を支援していただきます。

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり、月に1日程度幕張本社での勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決められており、会社全体で統一されています）

仕事内容

• Support QVC's Data Platform Modernization Program by developing and migrating Azure-based Data Lakes, Data Warehouses (DWH), and Data Marts.
• Maintain and support the enterprise data warehouse environment.
• Maintain and support BI platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, and Strategy.
• Prepare and manage data for analytics and business operations.
• Design and develop data pipelines to integrate data from various source systems.
• Transform, aggregate, and structure data into formats suitable for reporting, analytics, and business applications.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, IT Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data in a user-friendly and accessible format.
• Provide aggregated datasets and analytical insights to executives, analysts, and business users, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
• Support legacy data platforms and existing applications.
• Partner with the Data Management team and Solution Architects to help define and execute the strategic data architecture roadmap.

応募資格

• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, with at least 3 years of experience managing and operating data platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Experience supporting and maintaining BI tools and platforms.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Experience leading or participating in migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure-based Data Lakes, Data Warehouses (DWH), and Data Marts.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with global teams and international stakeholders in English.
• Technical leadership or team leadership experience within the data engineering domain.
