You will lead system and application development handling some of the world's largest financial and advertising datasets, engaging with new projects from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have significant autonomy in technology selection, allowing you to validate and implement the latest tech into production environments. Beyond development and data analytics, you will also mentor junior engineers and take on management roles, enabling immense career growth in both engineering and business problem-solving.

■ Minimum Requirements

• Experience leading projects in a role equivalent to a Tech Lead or Product Manager.
• 3+ years of experience in team-based web application development and operations.
• Proven experience making technical proposals to solve business challenges, paired with a proactive attitude toward learning and utilizing the latest technologies.
• Basic knowledge of web application security and vulnerabilities.

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selecting OSS and designing/building architectures tailored to specific requirements.
• Experience designing and developing high-traffic systems capable of handling thousands of requests per second.
• A strong track record of verifying, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to drive product growth.
• Experience in developing web and native applications for smartphones.
