職務詳細

• ビジネス要件に沿ったソリューション提案、およびスケーラブルなGCPインフラと自動化されたCI/CDパイプラインの設計・実装
• 既存のソフトウェアデリバリープロセスおよびクラウド環境の改善・最適化を行い、ボトルネックを排除
• エンジニアリング標準およびクラウドネイティブ技術の進化に向けた、新しいベストプラクティスや革新的なアイデアの積極的な提案
• 多国籍で多様なチームにおいて、開発者・QA・マネジメントと効果的に連携し、知識共有を実施
• 必要に応じて、GCPインフラ、マイクロサービス、イベント駆動アーキテクチャに関する問い合わせ対応、システム監視、トラブルシューティングのサポートを提供

必須スキル

• DevOpsエンジニアとして5年以上の経験（クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャに強い経験があること）
• ソフトウェア開発経験3年以上（Python、Go、Java、Bash、Node.jsなど）
• マイクロサービスおよびイベント駆動アーキテクチャの設計・構築・運用経験（Google Cloud Pub/SubやEventarcなどのイベントストリーミングサービスの活用経験）
• GCPの実務経験が豊富であること（Google Kubernetes Engine（GKE）、Cloud Run、Compute Engine、VPC、Cloud IAMなど）
• GCPネイティブCI/CDの設計・運用経験（Google Cloud Build、Cloud Deploy、Artifact Registry）
• またはGitOps（GitHub Actions、GitLab CI、ArgoCDなど）の経験
• Terraformを用いたInfrastructure as Code（IaC）の自動化経験
• コンテナ技術（Docker）およびオーケストレーション（GKE、Cloud Runなど）に関する高度な知識
• ソフトウェアデリバリープロセスのボトルネック特定および改善能力
• Linuxに関する高度な知識（カーネルチューニング、システムコール、メモリ管理、ファイルシステムなど）
• 高度なネットワーク知識（OSI参照モデル、TCP/IP、BGP、DNS、TLS/SSL、HTTP/3など）および複雑なアーキテクチャ設計経験（Shared VPC、Cloud Interconnect、グローバルロードバランシングなど）
• セキュリティに関する包括的知識（ゼロトラスト、PKI、OAuth2、OIDC）および大規模環境でのIAM設計・実装経験
• 大規模障害対応のリード経験および高度なRoot Cause Analysis（RCA）能力

A Global IT Service firm is looking for a DevOps Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and managing cloud-native infrastructure, as well as optimizing the software delivery process. Working with a diverse global team, you will ensure the operation of highly available, scalable, and secure applications on GCP.

Responsibilities:

• Proposing solutions aligned with business requirements, and designing and implementing scalable GCP infrastructure and automated CI/CD pipelines
• Refining, improving, and optimizing existing software delivery processes and cloud environments to eliminate bottlenecks
• Actively proposing new best practices and innovative ideas to evolve our engineering standards and cloud-native technologies
• Effectively collaborating and sharing knowledge with developers, QA, and management across a multicultural and diverse team
• Providing support for inquiries, system monitoring, and troubleshooting related to GCP infrastructure, microservices, and event-driven architecture as needed

Required skills:

• Over 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native architectures
• Over 3 years of software development experience (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash, or Node.js)
• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture: Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting distributed microservices and event-driven architectures (utilizing event-streaming services like Google Cloud Pub/Sub or Eventarc)
• Strong GCP Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience provisioning and managing core GCP services (e.g., Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run, Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud IAM)
• GCP-Native CI/CD & Delivery: Deep experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build, Google Cloud Deploy, and Artifact Registry. Experience with modern GitOps workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD) is highly valued
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive experience automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Containers & Orchestration: Strong expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration, specifically within GKE and serverless environments like Cloud Run
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software delivery process
• Expert-level Linux System Knowledge: Deep understanding of Linux internals (kernel tuning, system calls, memory management, file systems). Proven ability in advanced performance tuning and low-level (OS/kernel layer) troubleshooting
• Advanced Networking Knowledge (Foundational & Cloud): Specialized understanding of the OSI model and network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP/3). Demonstrated experience in designing complex architectures, including Shared VPCs, Cloud Interconnect, and Global Load Balancing
• Comprehensive Cybersecurity: Deep knowledge of general cybersecurity principles (Zero Trust, PKI, OAuth2, OIDC). Practical experience in infrastructure hardening, implementing least-privilege IAM models in large-scale environments, and automated security scanning
• Large-Scale Incident Leadership: Proven track record of leading responses to critical incidents in large-scale environments. Advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities for failures in complex distributed systems
• Advanced Logic and Troubleshooting: Exceptional logical thinking skills to identify patterns in distributed systems and automate complex workflows. Operational experience in managing large-scale environments and multi-region deployments
• JLPT N2 or above
