Your new role

• Design, implement, and maintain systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure high SLA and data integrity for on-prem and cloud environments.

What you'll need to succeed

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Experience

• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Docker, GCP, Terraform, and scripting (Python/Bash)
• 1+ year of experience with on-call incident management and working with FOSS tools (Vault, Redis, PostgreSQL)

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid networking knowledge in cloud environments
• Experience with RDBMS and SQL
• Ability to write clean, maintainable automation scripts

Language

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
